Meeting at 9:30am at the colourful Marbella market that has great produce and seafood (you will learn the difference between wild fish and farm-raised fish)
Followed by a visit to an olive oil shop specialised in the best extra virgen olive oil in Spain with tasting (you can buy if you wish)

Starter: Water Melon Gazpacho (summer)
Aperitif: Will be served at 1:30pm with Andalusian nibbles
Main Dish: Seafood Tapas (wild fish and shellfish) or Seafood Paella with vegetables or Whole Wild Fish Baked in Salt
Dessert: Almond Mousse with Mascarpone, Strawberries and a Coulis
